With a Bancroft Trade Account its easy to purchase products through our 24/7 online ordering process in just a few simple steps. You can place your order whenever its convenient for you and from wherever you are - in your office, workroom or home, or from your tablet and mobile phone when you are on the go.

Firstly you need to set up an account, you can apply here - REQUEST TRADE ACCOUNT

Or by clicking Create Trade Account in the header. When you have submitted the form you will be sent a link to verify your email address and complete the process.

Another e-mail will be sent to you once your account application has been approved. You can then go and Log In.

If you complete the form and it says ** EMAIL ADDRESS ALREADY IN USE** you already have an existing account and only need to go to Log In and reset your password. If you have any questions please contact us on 01274 518888 and we will be happy to help you.

If you already have a Website Trade Account with Bancroft

1 - Go to Log In and input your e-mail address in Password Reset – you will then receive an email with a password allowing you to set up your on-line account – (you can create your own password once this has been done).

2 - You can then get shopping, browse and find the product you want to order

3 - Decide on the colour and quantity and add it to your basket.

4 - When you have everything you need, simply complete your purchase and place your order

5 - You will receive immediate confirmation of your order.

6 - Save your basket if required to make re-ordering easy before you Log Out
